Aliza Velani is a Canadian actor, filmmaker and television based in British Columbia. Vellani has gained acclaim for her role as Rani Singh, in Netflix's Sweet Tooth. Aliza Vellani, a performer located within Vancouver, Canada has over 10 years of experience working both in Canada and in the United States. Vellani's credits include the hit show Little Mosque on the Prairie as well as The X-Files on FOX. In addition, she appeared on Marvel's Super Hero Adventures on Disney+. Nora was born to Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen sometime between 2019 and 2024 in Central City. Nora Allen was her paternal grandma. Barry Allen disappeared in 2024 following his battle with Reverse Flash. Nora had been raised by her mother. Vellani was the only child born of Indian immigrants to the United States from East Africa. At York House School she started her studies at a young stage of her life. The awards she received for her work in cultural and arts in BC and the National Istar Awards were won in 2007 and2008. Vellani continued her training in acting, dance and voice after graduation. Vellani initially planned on pursuing a degree in integrated media at OCAD However, she chose to put off her studies in order to take on the character. Marvel was her first time at college. The actress moved to Atlanta and Georgia, along as did the rest of the younger Marvel cast.
